Course Reflection
Intro to Film and Video gave me a solid introduction to the foundation of film and video production by breaking down how visual storytelling works across every stage of the filmmaking process. Throughout the course, I explored key areas like writing, directing, cinematography, production, sound, and storyboarding while learning how each department works together to bring a creative vision to life. The assignments challenged me to think both creatively and technically through treatments, character analysis, and storyboard development, all while strengthening my collaboration and communication skills. Overall, this course helped me better understand the art, structure, and professionalism behind filmmaking and pushed me closer toward developing my own voice and style as a visual storyteller.
